You know what it does work if Im about to sleep and I start thinking of spiders instead of trying to get them out of my head I will think about them so as I don't end up dreaming about them and it works They disapear....

yes that works babyreyn. sometimes when you are not forcing yourself to think of something, your brain is actually relieved from the stress of being forced and you get to remember what you tend to forget.

it might not work for those with photographic memories because as soon as they saw something, they can easily remember it :)
