Hmm, i think it really depends on the abse colour of your hair.. as mine is black, so when i dyed it purple, it didn't look very outrageous.. I will encourage you to try it actually =)

i dyed mine bright red once it was an awesome color but like yours it only lasted a while

Natural is the best one and it has no competition too. I'm not going to try decolor my hair in future.

I did a really deep red, not normal red hair, really really red. It looked cool and even though it was a temp dye, it lasted a few months.

I had mine black with red streaks. It looked kinda crazy! Never again will I do that
