If there really was a slimming pill that worked, don't you think doctors would recommend it to these really obese patients who are in danger of dying from all kinds of weight related diseases like heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, etc. We would all like to believe it, but the truth is, I'm afraid, that unscrupulous people have found more ways to extort money from the poor people who are looking for a quick-fix for overweight.
