Signs of a stroke usually occur suddenly and include:
numbness or weakness of the face or limbs particularly on one side of the body
confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
visual problems
trouble walking, loss of balance
no coordination
dizziness
severe headache
Symptoms of a heart attack include:
shortness of breath
diaphoresis (sweating)
a grey-like pallor
complains of a "weight on chest" or a "vice-like pain" that does not improve with lying down
pain may also radiate to the neck, jaw or down the left arm (please note...pain varies...some don't have chest pain at all...my husband only had pain in his neck)

I suggest you see a doctor or neurologist to be sure that everything is ok. Only a doctor could tell you what is going on which could be anything from cluster headaches to a stroke warning. It is always best to best to play it safe. Only a doctor can examine you, run tests, diagnose and treat. Please see one and let me know how things work out.
