No, they are not safe, and you must be very careful if you are on any meds. Especially pressure pills. You must check with a doctor first.

I don't believe in diet pills. Seriously I think they are scary. My grandmother wanted to lose weight so she bought this over the counter diet pill. The first day was ok as she pooped every after meal. But as the days go by she got weaker and weaker. So she decided stop because aside from getting weak she also does have pulpitations.

Yes i tried some before. years ago, i lost 2 inches off my waist afte a week of taking it, but i had palpitations so i stopped.
there were news articles and clips about herbal diet pills that can be bought over the counter having serious serious dangers to our health.
basically i think the best thing to do if you really wanna lose weight and maintain it is to excercise and eat healthy.
