Here is a site I just came across, looks promising, give it a try:

Are you really into cell phones? Do you write cell phone reviews for other sites? Cell Phone Forums is willing to pay for your review! You will be paid $10 per review if approved! (paypal only)
A good review consists of explaining all aspects of a particular phone model. This includes special features, ease of use, pros/cons, and any other things that you feel necessary to discuss. (such as comparing to a previous model)
Your review should:
* Be of current cell phone models and something that we don't already have a review for.
* Include at least one picture
* Be at least 300 words
* Be gramatically correct
* Be subjective
* Be detailed and Extensive
* Not be copyrighted or exclusive to other sites.
You must:
* Be an active member with over 30 posts. (otherwise you will be paid in CPF cash - $1000)
* Write your review and submit to http://cellphoneforums.net/cell-phone-reviews/
* Prove you are the writer of the review. Plagiarism will not be tolerated We will do checks on this. If caught you will be banned from the site.
* Submit your name, address, and phone number to me via PM.
You will be paid when your review is approved. If it is not approved this is because the criteria above was not fully met. We may ask you to go back and revise.
Get writing!
Edit: This will also apply to well written "HOW TO's" How to's are specific instructions on how to do something with a particular phone. For example "HOW TO: Videos on the LG Chocolate"

Sounds interesting, I just wonder if you're getting paid by paypal, why would they need your address? I love writing and would love to write articles for them, but also how will most people write HOW TO's over them unless they actuall have access to that phone... And people who have access to enough phones like that are either very wealthy or work at a cellphone store.
How "Scam-free" can it be, is what I want to know.
