At what age should teens be allowed to drive?

at 13 they should drive.

Any age would be ok for a person to drive as look as they're physically and mentally prepared to drive. I mean, I know people that're in their 20's that act like they're 10 & I dont feel as though they should be driving. On the other hand, I know people younger then that, that I believe should be driving. It's all a matter of the persons mentality

I think they should be able at the age of 19 and no earlier because they are just not ready to drive.

I think 18 years is an age well to drive a car. After is too after, before isnt possible, there will be too many incidents

As per the law and rules one should be 18 yrs old but as per me I don't think that if he or she should be 18 yrs old we provide the vehicle to drive. No until and unless he or she should be good and enough to take care and feel safe and comfort after driving we can not provide the car.
