Money Making as a Hobby

Do you actually enjoy making money, or just work to live?
I work to have enough money to eat and stuff, but I enjoy making money on the side as a fun hobby. I write articles, do stock photography, and post on MyLot. Part of it is that I want to have extra money to buy things I couldn't normally buy. But another thing is that I just like making money too (although, I must admit that I'm much more motivated when I have a goal).
Who else actually enjoys making money?

I would enjoy making money if I could do something that I like doing and then be able to do things that I would like to do (such as more help to those who need it). I just recently am trying to sell my pics on bigstock.com (I think that's what it's called). But for now it's all just slaving away to keep the wolf away. And it sucks even more cause I hate my job.

Aww. It always sucks when you hate your job. I have about 250 photos up on BigStockPhoto. It brings in usually at least $5 extra per month without me doing anything. I'm trying to add more photos of more popular things.
I wish volunteering stuff could be jobs. I love doing that.

Cool thanks! Good luck on the approvals. The nice thing with BigStock is that if you don't get all your photos approved at first, they'll often tell you how to fix them. Or at least, you can start trying to add more again right away. On another site I tried, I only got 5 out of 10 approved at first, so they sent me away and didn't let me try again for 3 months.

No kidding on the getting paid for volunteering.
Yeah I used your referral link from another discussion that you had posted about it (big stock). I check some of your pics out and they look GREAT!!! I'm still waiting for approvals. Makes me nervous.

I enjoy writing so being a member at Epinions is a great outlet .. that and you get paid LOL. Money is nice but there are times when I do crappy things, don't get paid a lot (if anything) but do it to help someone out. I think everyone likes making money but most people don't like the things they have to do to make the money.
The caffeine hasn't kicked in yet, hope that makes sense (and cents LOL)

for me is a hobby, i din't invest any of my money on that. i don't intend to spend it until i have a good sum of money online

Yeah, I don't really invest money. But since I'm pretty good at fake stocks, I figure I might try it sometime.
I've spent some of my online money on little things. I tend to think of it as my fun money. I've tried twice before to save up for a camera, and both times I failed and just put it on credit. This time, I'm determined!
