What do you think of drinking milk that has not been pasturized? Do you think it is safe to do, and would you do it?I love organic milk. I own a share in a jersey cow, and as a result, I have plenty of fresh milk. I absolutly love it. It is so rich and creamy, you just cant beat the taste. I have fresh cream for my coffee, sour cream for my taters, and butter for my toast.
So far, I am pretty healthy. A little chubby, but a healthy chubby.
Any thoughts?

Well, I like pasteurized milk because pastuerization is one of the greatest inventions in medical history. It has nothing to do with being organic or not as far as I know, only with keeping it germ free.

No, never, I would never dream of drinking unpastuerised milk the risk is too much, tuberculosis, to name but one deadly illness, you cannot sell it but if it is your own cow then at your own risk :)
