This is a very common question asked at job interviews and it's a really good opportunity for you to show what a good personality you have and how you would fit into the company and the team you are applying to join. If you've got to the interview stage you should already have done some research on the company, whilst the interview is taking place, more than likely the interviewer will have talked about the company, it's ethos and what the people are like. Listen carefully to these words as they'll help you answer the question about yourself. Talk about what you've done in your previous jobs and how much you've enjoyed certain aspects of the role (making sure those aspects of the role are ones included in the job you are applying for). An example: you're applying for a job as an Office Manager, say you really enjoy organising things and pride yourself at being really good at getting things in order. You could say you're very firm with persistent sales callers who try to get through to management and are not afraid of saying no when necessary. You could be applying for a job as a teacher, you could talk about how much you enjoy imparting knowledge to children and feel proud of how you've helped children in the past develop their skills and how you ensure you give each child equal attention so no one thinks you have favouries. If the company is small and growing you could say that you enjoy being part of a team which is at its initial growth stage and envisage yourself staying long term and growing with the company and that you are a loyal and stable individual who gets along with people very easily. It's always good to say you strive to get along with everyone even those that other people might find difficult to get along with - you never know when you join a team - there might be a very moody or serious individual - you always make sure you don't tread on anyone's toes and give respect differing opinions. Good luck :)

there is no right or wrong answer about this, all you have to do is describe and discuss what you really are and tell them or give them details that will surely caught there attention.
