Are you competitive?

Frankly at some point in time of our lives we all have been very competitive. Its true for me too as i am very competitive at my workplace.
There is a constant pressure and fear of someone who will surpass me.
Do you feel the same on your job.

It depends. At my old job, I was. There weren't as many workers and you got more recognition of a job well done. At my new job, there are too many people to even remember names, so managers don't really even get to know you. So, I was at my old one, but not at this one because it's a waste of my energy.
