What was the worst service you've ever had?

I was in a mexican restaurant just the other day and asked for chips and salsa. There was no one else in the restaurant except for me and my wife and kids. When I asked the waitress pointed across the room at a service area and said they are right over there. She walked away over to a large screen TV where several other staff members were watching a latino talk show. We couldn't believe it. We got up and obviously left immediately!!!
