Do you celebrate Valentine's Day?

My husband and I don't. We both feel that we shouldn't have to show our love to eachother on a day that society says we have to. We love eachother every day of the year, not just Feb. 14.
Besides, our anniversary is two days later, so its better to just wait until the 15th and scoop up the candies and flowers for 1/2 the price for our anniversary! :)
Do you celebrate? Do you expect something for Valentine's Day? What are you going to do for your partner for Valentine's Day?

He he, you sound just like my husband..he hates Valentine's day and all the hype surrounding it. He will not celebrate it so its better I don't expect anything from him. I agree we needn't express our love only on one day of the year, but with my hubby I would say ..do it atleast on that one day..lol!! You know how men can be when it comes to expressing their love..mine doesn't give flowers or candy either. So this year, Valentine's day is gonna be just another day..sigh! Hope you have a wonderful anniversary:)

Sorry, no, I don't "know how men can be" about expressing their love. My husband does a lot, often, to show his love for me. Maybe I'm just lucky. :)

I do now but only last year and this year before that i never did because i never had anyone that wanted to celebrate it with me lol. I do like celebrating it in a way but i hate having to find something for ma fella cuz i cant find anything for a guy lol. but i do love valentines day
