Help people by donate blood

Hi friends, I haven't donated my blood but will surely do if someone is in need. Friends,If your in good health try to help the people by donating blood.

Due to health reasons I CANNOT donate blood. IF I could I would because there sometimes are blood shortages. I also would like to donate blood incase a Family Member or want of my Friends needed it.

i m donating blood when i was not even 17 fully. and as soon as i came out i fainted. but it never happened after that and till today i donate blood.

as soon as myhealth permits me, i will donate blood on a regular basis. i heard that it's also beneficial to the donor. so it's like hitting two birds with one stone. you help and get helped in the process.
