Is there anyone else out there who is done with the whole Disney Princess thing? My four year old is crazy over them, her whole room is decorated in princess, she had to get princess valentines, had princess birthday party, etc...
And the movies! I can recite half of them I am sure, however, they do make for a nice quite time in the afternoon.

LOL! I guess the Princess magic is not only for little girls, everyone dreams of finding their prince and living happily ever after. Enjoy the new Cinderella "A Twist in Time"

thanx :) and yup i agree with u that evry girl dreams of having a handsome prince ( not necessary for him to come galloping in horse ;) )and watching those sweet movies make u smile..happiness evn for a single second makes a movie worth watching..dont u agree?

I don't mind them SO much, but then, my daughter just turned three. She's more centered on Ariel than any of the others, so it's not extreme in our house just yet. She has a princess calendar in her bedroom, but the rest is ballerinas...which I can go along with more easily.
I'm actually trying to keep the princess thing going until our trip to Disney this September...I want them all to be very real for her then!

I bet she will is love Disney! She is just the right age to really believe in the magic there. I guess I have to admit that if it wasn't for me going along with the Princess thing then my daughter wouldn't be so into it. I just yesterday made a new rule about movie rotation so we don't have to watch the same movie everyday at quite time. LOL!

My daughter is 4 1/2, and she's big into Disney Princesses as well. She has a couple pictures of them hanging on her walls. She also has a HUGE collection of "My First Princess" dolls, and various accessories, which I bought for her off Ebay. Her favorite princess for a while was Cinderella, but lately she's been really into Ariel. We found this really cool Ariel at the Goodwill (brand new) that lights up and talks.
She probably can't help herself with this fascination- I'm obsessed with Sleeping Beauty, myself. LOL

Too funny. I find my self singing the songs from Little Mermaid all day long. She is the Princess of the "hour" for my little one.

my daughter is 3 and an half so she just recently got into the disney princess stuff. so i'm not tired of it. i like that way better than dora, i was really starting to get sick of dora so this new faze is a nice change. She doesn't have that much disney stuff yet. just some dolls and some poster prints on her wall but the prints are of her with the princesses. we just went to disney a little over a month ago so those are new and it makes it need that she is in the pic with them.

I have to agree Dora, drives me up the wall! So does Blue's Clues. So I guess in the grand scheme of things disney is better than most of the rest.
