Unix is awesome

Even i have seen a Unix server which is up for last 2 years without a single reboot. The operating system installed is SOlaris 8.

Best part is, you can keep your systems updated with the latest patches easily and for free. There are bugs here and there but since it's open source, bug fixes becomes readily available right away ^_^. You can tweak your system and tailor it to how you want it to work for you. Hardware compatibility is not a problem if you are a bit technical. Just look for the source code and you can compile a driver. If you are lucky, there might already an available driver ready for download hehe linux rules... period!
