I want to know how many of you on mylot have the career you've always wanted? Did you ever think you might not make it? Did you work your butt off to get to this point in your life? Please give me some insight on what it took you to accomplish your dreams. Even if you didn't get to the career you've always wanted, are you happy with your life and yourself? Did you realize you wanted to take a different path in life then the career you were planning?

Choosing your career path and actually following through is a bit tough in my opinion. It took me a long time to finally settle and make the decision with what I wanted to do. I think it's tough when they expect you to choose your career path when you're in highschool...I changed my mind atleast three times then! Finally I've decided on becoming a vet tech and hopefully I'll stick with it. I'm slowly working towards it and have the prerequisites required, I just have to take the step and enroll in the program now.
