Well I thiknk the most important thing in your relationship is the EYES you can say alot with your eyes, even the things that you cant say verbally. In my opinion holding her hands sitting right next to her looking right in her eyes and asking if she will marry me would be the best thing to do.

I won't do the typical kneel down and offer her the ring. I'll just stand up in front of her very close to the point I can feel her chest then just open up and show her the ring. I won't say a word, I'll just let my eyes do the talking. The eyes are more expressive than any words put together and they eyes don't lie.

I don't think a woman's answer to that question depends on the man's words. Because although you say it perfectly to a woman but she doesn't love you enough to be your lifetime partner, I don't think she'll still yes. Me, I don't care how my boyfriend delivered it.
