Finding referrals?

I am having heaps of trouble finding anyone willing to join, dose anyone have any good ideas how I can get more?

I have had the same problem. Everyone that I have had join does not post. I have ten people that have joined as referrals. But, no one has really taken to posting at all.

I am having the excat same troubles, I'm really not to sure what else I can do. I was thinking about msg them and try and get them to come back, what do u think?
