Who is safe in HIV-AIDS?

Many of us think of AIDS as an adult problem, but it isn't, it affects people of all ages. Million of children around the world are infected w/ HIV, and millions more are seeing their parents, families and communities devastated by AIDS. What can be done to help these children espcially in a third world country.
