tell that person that you want to be with him or her... like what and how would you react... like you are so inlove but don't know what to do.

If you can not get the guts to talk to that person then I would talk to my friends about it. See if they can maybe relay the message to the person.
Or I would think of a clever idea to get the message across. What might that be, I am not sure.
