What do you say if someone wants to borrow money?

Do you let them borrow it? What if you know they aren't going to pay you back, do you give them the money anyways? Does anyone ever charge interest? Are you mean to people that ask for money? Do you even care about handing money out?

I lent money before out of trust and never had it returned until I called the cops. So now I'm very cautios to those who ask for money. Even banks these days will make you sign thousands of papers just to lend you some money and they have more money than everyone else in the world.

so true like when my dad took out money for my truck we, well he had to sign so many papers it was ridiculous
