then you just realized that you are not inlove with this person no more and that you want to end it yet you care so much not to hurt that person... what would you do...?

You have to break up with them. Staying with them is more hurtful than breaking up with them. By staying, you're just leading them on and using them. By breaking up with them, you're allowing them to find someone who truly loves them and wants to be with them.

You need to be honest with them and let them know that your feelings are no longer the same. Think how hurt they would be to find out you only stayed to spare their feelings? It's not going to make the blow any easier. be honest & up front about it. Think how you'd feel if a man did it to you, wouldnt it bother you to have somebody stay when the love was gone?
