I have an alarm clock which I use every morning to wake me up. I purposely have the time on the clock set ten minutes fast so I can hit the snooze button once, lol. Then it's up and waking up my kids to get them off to school. On the weekends, I don't bother setting it as I normally don't have to get up to go do anything important.

I really do not like using an alarm clock to wake up with. A loud one makes me feel like my heart is beating really fast when it wakes me up too suddenly. Very occasionally I will use the very quiet alarm on my watch to help wake me up if I need to get up at a certain time. But most usually, I will just wake up on my own. I really have not had too much need of alarm clocks or other types of alarms to wake me up in life, as I am usually sleeping fairly lightly by the morning hours. In fact, I usually have a hard time getting back to sleep once it starts getting towards daylight outside, if I wake up and can tell that it is daylight outside.

The alarm. If I forgot to set it up, I won't wake up. My husband doesn't want to wake me up unless I asked him to the night before, he wanted me to rest more. On the other hand, he never need me to wake him up, sometimes he wakes up before the alarm goes off.

My Kids woke me up They usually do and it's always early. They are my alarm clock.

my uncle did wake me up this morning coz he's leaving he's flight is 6 am and i drive hima at the airport.. but usually it was always my alarm clock that wakes me up every morning..

My boyfriend has to be at work very early in the morning, so he leaves our place around 5 a.m.! Luckily I'm the type of person who can sleep through an alarm clock so it going off in the morning doesn't wake me up. He wakes me up before he leaves so that I can have time to drink coffee and do a little writing before I have to get ready for work myself.
