my computer is frozen can anyone tell me what is wrong with it

hi my computer is new but it is going very slow can anyone tell me what did i do to it to mess it up . what can i do to fix it i have tried everything I cleaned up the files .

You might have caught some spyware. Got to www.cnet.com and download the free adaware spyware remover and run it regularly to keep your pc spyware free.

check your ram, check your hard disk available space, check your OS configuration, check your autostart configuration. there is still more reason can make your computer slows down. just check it one by one, after you know the problem fix it. your computer will run normally again.

What is your OS? If xp you need at least 512mb of RAM and when you said your PC is new then maybe your using WinVista. Check your memory(RAM). if your memory is 256mb only then that is the problem. Make it 512mb or 1gig of RAM to make it faster.

You maybe should check it for a virus. I am assuming it is not brand new right out of the box. If it is then it must still be under warranty and you can get tech support. Hopefully you wont have the same problem as I did and be able to understand the people that are talking to you.
