How do you deal with others?

How do you deal with others and classify them? Dose some things like color, religion , background and academic degree affect your interaction with others ? and how do you want others to deal with you .. ?

The only classification I have for people is from where I met them. Like I have my officemates, schoolmates, neighbors etc. Aside from that, I don't give any classifications.
