Is the science and art of aquiring information about material object, area or its phenomenon without in being physical contact with the object or area or its phenomena under investigation. In remote Sensing information transfer is accomplished by use of Electromagnetic Radations (EMR).

This, along with so many other varieties of "remove viewing", is BS.
Nothing of the sort has ever come even close to being proven. The U.S. government spent heaps of money trying to research "psychic spies" during the cold war, all for naught. None of the so-called "remote viewers" could ever pass a simple test such as describing and object that is in another room. Their claims are utter and complete garbage.
