Of course. It is true. It doesn't mean running away either. If you sit down and let the bad things happen and don't move on, past them, you will drown in pain. I was once told that God gives you trial to strengthen you, but he never gives you more than you can handle. I put a lot of faith in that and there have been times that I was pretty sure God thought I was the toughest person on earth. but I made it through, because I kept plugging away and moving forward.
