Non-vegetarian?

hi, i am a non-vegetarian and i love having it but i hv heard ppl saying that if u frequently hv non-veg then its not good for the health. i even discussed it with vegetarians and they say that vegetarian food is more healthier than non-vegetarian. So wats ur comment on it?

If you eat non-veg too frequent then you shud slow down. I don't agree that vegetarian is more healthier than non veg bcos it also depends on what u are cooking and how it is being cooked? Actually you need both, God created both for man to eat so enjoy both but in a proper manner and balanced way.

Hi there~ there are different kinds of vegetarian, but then with regards to your question I think the main point there is to maintain "a balance diet" and when you say that, it includes vegetable. It's like saying: is drinking flavored drinks good for you without drinking plain water?
