How to make some one love you ?

Be honest with her about how you feel and about what you want out of the relationship, and ask her to do the same for you. If you have known her for 4 years, it seems as if you each probably know how the other feels by now. If she wants to be friends only and not pursue a more intimate relationship, then you will have to respect that. At least she is being honest. You cannot "make somebody love you". There is no way that you can make her feel what she doesn't feel, just as there is no way that you can change how you feel. If you think that you cannot be "just friends" with her and this is what you want, you will have to find a way to move on with your life.

I think that the person you love is still unaware of your concern towards her or may be she is already engaged with someone of her choice and is treating you just only as her friend. dont force her to be your love that may give a negetive attitude about you but rather try to prove that you are her best partner in every sphere of life.

You caould tell her face to face that you love her. But you can never force someone to love you. You can do things for her like what you said calling her. But you can just never make her feel the way you feel about her.
