Plus puttu is cooked thru stream, which is good for health.
Puttu contains their favourite 'coconut' ingredient, which adds to the taste.
Puttu is tastier, when served hot.
Much of vessel is also needed.
Cleaning the vessel used for cooking is very easy and is used mainly for the very purpose.
Even with pickle the puttu goes well.
Puttu looks good too.
Puttu itself means dividing into parts.
In tamil also in the same meaning, we say 'avan puttu puttu vaithAn'.
English word 'put' has some relation with this word.
