How many postings do you make in a day??

is it possible for you to cross 150 postings everyday? i do it and even cross more than 150.. so what target do you keep everyday? and does postings increase your balance??? please say !!

I basically use mylot for the fun part of it.I make around 50 -60 posts a day.But i do quality stuff.

I have no target like that . it depends on available free time . sometimes , I surf here for more than one and half hour and post just 5 responses . and sometimes I stay here for more than 3 hours and post about 15 replies . if quantity of posts is important then I trail behind ... ...
