Hyundai chief sentenced for 3 year behind prison!!!

Hyundai chairman Chun Mongkoo, has been sentenced behind prison for 3 years due to embezzelment(stealing money kept in one's trust) and other act of slush fund scandal.judge agrees to this that he has being helping the economy to grow as its the world's 6th largest automaker company. but as the act is illegal he has to take this decision. chairman is not happy with this decision.
i would suggest of some penalty to him, what you think of this?

yeah i heard of the news yesterday.It was bad,i mean i love the japenese hyndai cars.They're really cool esp hyndai tiburon. He getting into a scandal like this is bad.I think the judge is right to have done this.
