I have read an email regarding ICE which stands for In Case of Emergency. This come up because there are issues or times that people got an accident with a lot of contact number on their cellphones. The doctor or nurses or other people don't know whom to contact to for that person. So put ICE on your cellphone. I think everyone should know this so that we will know whom we will reach for in case of emergencies.

I have my boyfriend and my son as well as my best friend listed as I.C.E. on my cell. I heard this a year or so ago and they said that rescue personnel are trained to look for it, so it can not hurt.
thank you for starting this and I hope 100's of people will read it and respond , or at least read it and put there info into their phone.

That's a good idea mary, I never thought about doing that before. I have several numbers on my cell phone, I'm sure they wouldnt know who should be the contact person in case of a emergency. Thanks for info.
