how many cigarettes do you smoke per day. i smoke aboout 40 of them, i know its bad and i've been trying to stop. but its just not that possible. i have an urge everytime i sit idle.

On average i smoke 1 pack a day, sometimes i smoke more than that particularly if im stress on that day. I have tried to quit but it was not successful, i have gone 2 days without smoking and thats about the longest time i quit =).
