guys help me out!!!
hey guys watz up!!!my problem is tat i m a very short tempered!!i cant control my anger....becoz of my short temper!!...i misbehave with my elders very badly.....n when i calmdown i use to critise myself tat wat have i done!!! my parents stop loving me 4 my misbehaves....whenever they shout at me ...i disrespect them.... comnon guys help me how do i control my anger!!!!

What i always keep in mind when such situation come ( i mean fighting) i will try to think what makes this thing happend, what did i say/do that makes people angry with me, what if i did not do such thing which will makes peoples angry with me and try to control my mind. Remember, you have to control your mind then you will only can act positively.
