what do you do for your health even though it is nasty. I eat flax seed oil.. ... It tastes like GRASS, it is so nasty. The taste lingers in my mouth even though I plug my nose so I can stand to take it. What do you do in the name of health that you normally wouldn't do?

I drink V8 juice, tastes like celery but if ya salt it and gag it down in a hurry, chasing it with ice water, it's okay.
I also drink white grapefruit juice (unsweetened, blah) and vitamin/herb packed energy beverages...taste kinda like sweetarts, but also get the job done.

My daughter takes flax seed oil capsules. I have been considering taking this supplement as well. But if it leaves an aftertaste in your mouth it will totally turn me off.

No way would I drink or eat anything that tasted nasty or awful, regardless of how good it was for my health. Okay, maybe if it was medication prescribed my my Doctor, then I would but otherwise no. There are enough nice tasting foods around without having to resort to anything that I do not like the taste of. In fact tasting bad or nasty would possibly make me want to be sick. Yes I know, mind over matter but to my mind what things taste like, do matter. LOL
Good for you Pookie and I do admire your bravery in eating something which you know tastes nasty but I will not join you. Just hope you are not "offended" by my decision to abstain from this particular stuff. LOL

I don't do anything that I wouldn't normally do, nor anything nasty. I try to eat healthy and take the best vitamin supplements available.
