Well, if you want to add newest tricks to your web-page you should learn. A LOT! Before about half of yerar I tought I'll read book or two and then I'll be a great webmaster. No! That doesn't go like that. If you want to make your own design for web page you must learn or must know how to work with PHOTOSHOP or some similar program. Let me just ask you something. What will your web-site be about?
