What type of house do you prefer..facing ocean or facing landscape?

i would like my house facing the ocean because i love the openness of the sea and the sound it produces calms my spirit.unlike a landscape, it's too quiet for me.

I like the house which facing lanscape. I like the grassplot and flowers and birds. The landscape always make me very enjoying the life. I like to read, think or write somthing in the sunshine, when the breath coming, i feel very well. I like calmness and thought something in my house, hope I will have a house facing landscape.
