smoking ciggerates is very dangerous for our health , do you smokes ciggerates, how many ciggerates daily ? is smokers are addicted to it? what to do for quit smoking ? reply with some idea about smoke quitting .

well i smoke 7 to 8 daily but when i am with my frens at some party i take about 1 packet of cigrattes.

everybody knows that smoking ciggarate is not good for health and knowing this i somke daily. i daily smoke 8 to 10 ciggarates in a day.
