what should i do to quit smoking?? i daily smoke 6 to 8 ciggrates in a day and due to this i lost my stamina.

both quality in u than u just try to gap between ur smoking . u are taking 6to 8 ciggrates /day just less this quantity . first week take 6 to 7 and gradually decrease the quantity .

it is not possible to decrease it because all the peoples who are working with me also smokes and they also give me cigrate to smoke.

its easy, u just hv 2 make up ur mind nd challenge urself that u r going 2 quit smoking. if u stay one day without smoking then u vll hv hope that u r capable of quitting it. i hv tried it nd succeeded.

Whenever you have an urge to smoke keep chocolates with you specially with calcium which dissolve in mouth after a long time, take one when you feel like smoking gradually reduce the number of cigerettes.

Oh my god this is very bad habbit you should leave it immediately. Ok I tell you way to leave ciggrate I tell you a story about a man Once there was a man had a good friend one day both were walking in the morning a man suddenly hanged with tree and said his friend dear how can i leave this tree other man said first you should leave the tree beacuse you catched tree not catch tree with you. Same with you.

You have to really want to give up to be able to give up. . If you have 8 a day, try to have just 7 a day next week then the week after just 6 and so on. Cutting down each week is good and better than just stopping smoking all at once. I wish you luck
