I've heard a lot of people suggesting eating/drinking.
However, when I'm very hungover I find this doesn't work because my stomach just rejects the food/water.
Any other suggestions people have for getting rid of hangovers?
Mine has been last a good seven hours.

Hi there...welcome to myLot! Many people have found that drinking a lot of water to flush their system and taking ibuprofen to reduce inflammation can be helpful. There are a lot of interesting hangover cures on the Internet, however I think what works for one person may not work for someone else.

Thanks for the welcome ^^ Often a lot of the time I absolutely can't drink even water without ending up sicker. I might try the ibuprofen though :)

One of the most highly recommended tips for ibuprofen that works well in the future is to take it the night before one goes out to drink. It's more effective at combating the effects of the hangover.

there are pills out there you can buy,to help hangover, but still the best thing to do is drink alot of water, the only reason your body rejects it because it clean out the extar drink you have, so in a way it help make your hang over go away, but stay with the water it helps
