the fortune magazine tells that GOOGLE is the america's best company to work for. imagine having free eat-all-you-can food of 11 gourmet cafeterias and snack rooms, work out in gym, attend exercise classes, study Mandarin or Spanish or French, haircuts anytime, oil changes and car wash while you work, pool tables in the office, swim in lap pools, do wall climbing, play volleyball, foosball, videogames, pool tables, pingpong, roller hockey, get a massage, $5000 if you want to buy a hyrbid car, going to office in pajamas, do laundry for free, checkup to the doctor anytime, bringing pet dog to work, referral fee of $2000, $5000 reimbursement for having a baby, child care, onsite notaries, car services, motorized scooters to use within the campus. the company gives their employees so much perk that they are happy to do anything for the company. too much cost for google? happy employees produces productivity, loyalty and so much fun!
