yes i polish my shoes regularly.
If time would permit me i feel to do it daily, but in case i m in some hurry i just brush off and move on.
But once in 3-4 days i surely polish.
It does 2 things-
1-Gives a mental satisfaction that i have worn something decent and clean
2-More important. It prolongs the life of shoes. wax based polish creates a layer of protection on surface of leather.
Thats why, i recommend u to do it regularly.

I polish my shoes regularly, coz it reflects my discipline . in my schooldayz also I was regular in that.

About once a month, I don't have the time to do them daily.
