Pre-schools/Play Class in Singapore

hi guys,
have some questions to everybody here who have children enrolled in a play class (6months-1.5yrs old) in singapore:
1. what school?
2. how many hours per day or week is the play class?
3. how much is the tuition fee?
4. do you really think it's worth it?
