Java Swing or APPLET???

Hai, While designing a Form for an application which concept would u like to implement... Swing or Applet....?

Swing definitely. First because it is platform independent..It will look same if run on windows as well as Linux system..which is in contrast with AWT which uses underlying platform's GUI Second because it gives a nice look and feel rather than windows own GUiand thirdly because it is light weight in contrast with AWT.

swing is a branch and is written in jace.for gui's java applet is suited.
