I lost my balance in my e-gold!

Guys please help me!i lost my balance in my e-gold account somebody just send the remaining balance of my e-gold to her e-gold account!Thank God i already withdraw the payment that i received in mylot...so there are only cents left there.... My problem is that how this people can access the e-gold account!?now i need to put some money in my account for me to pay my personal page...im so worried that they will took my money!can i have multiple account with e-gold?Can i create another one? Guys please help me....

How could that be . you might be hacked, but I know that e-gold has tight security settings. When I upgraded my internet connections e-gold keep asking me for verification code because they had detected that my IP is already different. I think you must changed your passphrased in e-gold and write them a letter telling them of your concerns.

yes you are right that is why im so confident with e-gold..when i open my account they ask for my pin so i open my e-mail then they told me that i already reached the maximum in entering my pin...i already got nervous....so when i log in i check my balance then they asked for another pin again..then i saw that my balance is ZERO! so i checked the history....somebody send payments to another e-gold account..i am so sad and i feel so bad for e-gold...i cant believed it could happen to me...i already changed my passphrased...i already send them a letter...but still no response..igave them the e-gold account and the name of the person in my history...so sad...im so depressed..

It is possible that you have given your id and pw somewhere other than the login of e-gold page.
What cheats do is, they would send you a mail with subject that your account is blocked ,hence login and confirm to open the account,they give login and pw space in the mail.When you give your login name and password, they read it as the mail goes back to them and then they login to your e-gold accoutnt with that pw and draw the money or transfer the balance to their account.

OMG, I believe your egold account get hacked!! better you change your passphrase and allowed only IP from your IP range. also change your email password. now login to your egold account and change your account security on there!! make it to maximum secure so no one can log into it again only you!
I suggest you use personal computer and make sure there is no virus or spyware or whatever on it!! DO NOT LOGIN THROUGH phishing link!!! only use "HTTP://WWW.E-GOLD.COM"
Use firefox to login on egold!! it's more safe than IE.
If you not sure your egold account safe the best idea is make new egold account!!

e-gold is backed by real gold, and the payments are non reversible, so many thiefts are peering at your money.
your computer and all your other account are NOT secure!
