who will open for india at the WC

As of now only saurav gangulys spot as opener is fixed, while others are fighting. Also sachin is made to bat in middle order and he did well there so it wont be easy decision to select 2nd opener

Defenately Sourav and Uttappa should Open the innings for INDIA, this pair will give the team a good start, and services of Sachin and Sehwag can be used later in the innings

I think Sourav & Sehwag wil open... We cant imagine Tat Uthappa wil open wid sourav bcoz it wil come to an end and finally before the start of the first game every one will speak abt experience and So obviously Uthappa wil sit out & Sehwag and Sourav wil open while Sachin wil come at no.4

Though i would ideally like sachin and sourav to open for India as they are the most successful opening partnership in ODI history, and with their experience and weight of runs behind them and as left right hand combination who are matchwinners they would surely have given India flying starts by playing aggressive attacking cricket. But i feel they will be open in WC with Ganguly and either utthapa or sehwag which is very defensive ploy i feel. As it will new combination unsettled and easier for opp. teams to attack with.
