Is Carmen Alive?

I have been thinking this whole time that Ines (the girl that looks just like Carmen) is really Carmen. But yesterday David Chow said to her that he had to testify because it would look fishy if he didn't. Then he told her that they had done what they had come there to do. That makes me think that she just got to Genoa City. I don't know, but can't wait to find out.

In last friday's episode, The winters father and son caught the guy(can't remember is name) talking to carmen so I'm excited to find out on monday, their explanation to neil and his son as to what's going on them. Then there is the body. Whose body is it? This would mean that they committed murder.
