why my paypal is block?

why my paypal is block who can tell me why,thank you I do not find some thing is wrong,but today I receive a letter it tell me my paypal is block now,I very sad all a day.

you may attempt send a letter paypal to go,has a look paypal to you any response,how although eheir response possibly doesn't make you,but always compares does not give regards

do you know you password or other! maybe you do something, and Paypal.com is down!
